These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Business AI Management (“BAiM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and any discovery calls you book through it. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Our services

BAiM helps small businesses plan, build, and support AI systems using a range of AI, automation, and business software tools, chosen to fit each client’s business and the tools they already use. The information on this website describes our services in general terms. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of any project are set in a separate written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

Bookings and discovery calls

Discovery calls are free and do not create any obligation for you or for us. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We may reschedule or decline a booking at our discretion.

Quotes and payment

We do not accept payments through this website. All work is quoted individually after a discovery call. Payment terms, including amounts, due dates, and any refund terms, are set in your written proposal or agreement.

Third-party tools

The systems we build often rely on third-party software, such as AI platforms, CRMs, calendars, and automation tools. You are responsible for your own accounts and subscriptions with those providers and for following their terms. We are not responsible for outages, price changes, policy changes, or errors caused by third-party tools.

AI output

AI tools can make mistakes. Systems we build are designed to support your decisions, not replace your judgment. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and actions, such as messages, schedules, estimates, and posts, before relying on them.

Use of this website

You agree not to use this website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that interferes with its operation, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to it or its systems.

Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, belongs to BAiM or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission. Ownership of systems and materials created for a client is set in that client’s written agreement.
